Over 50 years ago I had the pleasure to work in an italian restuarant in my hometown of Saratoga Springs, NY. During my time there I was blessed to work for a wise old chef from Italy who always put her love, passion, and old country experience into each homemade dish. This house dressing was her creation,and stamped her special signature on the salads and antipastos the customers craved.25 years ago when we opened Carmella`s Cafe in New Hartford we knew that we had to have that special dressing to set our salads apart- and it has! Today I am happy to make this tasty dressing for you to use in your home!
