Adirondack Gourmet Salad Dressings shared this recipe using their apple maple dressing.
- Marinate 1lb pork tenderloin overnight in apple maple dressing.
- Lightly dust with flour dredge.
- Saute 2 minutes in sauce pan.
- Remove pork from pan.
- Deglaze with apple cognac or brandy.
- Add sliced apples(4oz) apple concentrate(2oz).
- Add real maple syrup, 1/2 tsp grain mustard, chicken stock and 2oz unsalted butter.
- Replace pork in pan and reduce to tighten.
