Five Layer Riggie Dip
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8 oz shredded cheese (your choice)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 jar of Nelson Farms Riggie Sauce
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- sliced black olives
- Chop cheam cheese into small cubes and combine with Riggie Sauce.
- Blend in all chicken and 2 oz of the shredded cheese.
- Put into a disposal 8x8x2 inch pan.
- Top with the rest of the cheese and cover with aluminum foil.
- Put on the grill or in a medium oven until hot and bubbly.
- Top with the remaining ingredients and serve with chips or toasted bread.
