Five Layer Riggie Dip


  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 jar of Nelson Farms Riggie Sauce
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes
  • sliced black olives


  • Chop cheam cheese into small cubes and combine with Riggie Sauce. 
  • Blend in all chicken and 2 oz of the shredded cheese.
  • Put into a disposal 8x8x2 inch pan.  
  • Top with the rest of the cheese and cover with aluminum foil.  
  • Put on the grill or in a medium oven until hot and bubbly.  
  • Top with the remaining ingredients and serve with chips or toasted bread.
