Exciting Meatloaf (Sweet Suzi)
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. of whatever meat you would normally use in your meatloaf (all beef, equal parts veal, poultry and pork, etc.)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (plain or Italian flavored)
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups of Sweet Suzi's Chilly Salsa (be sure to include juice from the jar to make up that measurement
Instructions:
- Hand mix all ingredients.
- Cover meatloaf with foil and bake at 350 derees for 1 hour. (Adjust timing depending on what size pan you use.)
- For the last 10-15 minutes of baking, uncover your meatloaf to allow some of the juices to evaporate, but not all.
