Crab Dip/Spread (W.H.O.A.)

Ingredients:

• 2 8oz Pkg lite cream cheese
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 2 tsp. W.H.O.A.
• 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
• 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 shake black pepper
• 2 cans crabmeat, drained & checked & picked over.

Instructions:

Blend all thoroughly.
