Using the following pages, you may register students from your company for enrollment in our courses. You may register one or more students and may pay with either a credit card, approved PO, or check.

Please note, your creditcard, check, or PO must be valid and approved for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, Nelson Farms will send course materials and further information to you via US mail or email.

This course is offered in English. It was designed specifically for the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Safety Education Course for those with a 20-C Processing License. The program covers all areas of Food Safety in six easy to understand lessons. The course is easy to navigate through for any employee regardless of their computer literacy.

After you have enrolled and purchased the course, all necessary information and instructions for taking the course and connecting to the Internet will be e-mailed directly to you. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be sent a Certificate of Completion. A notification by Nelson Farms that you have completed the course successfully will also be sent to the NYS Dept. of Ag & Mkts Food Safety Division for inclusion in their database.

NYS Dept. Ag & Mkts mandates that certain operations that have a 20-C processing license must take a food safety education course every two (2) years or once every five (5) years if you complete the course and take an accredited certification exam. This course is for the two (2) year certification.
